Returns, Exchanges & Replacements

A written claim for returns must be made directly to Head Office within (7) days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. Please inspect all items upon arrival. No returns are acceptable without Kushae by BK Naturals prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping charges will occur. For any goods returned as unsuitable, there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to the customer.

We will process refund requests within a week after our warehouse has received the returned package. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Kushae.

How do I make a return or exchange?

Your package will include an order invoice. Please email wholesale@kushae.com us your RA request, noting the invoice number and the quantity of the item(s) you are requesting an RA for and whether you wish an exchange or refund. We will confirm the receipt of your request and contact you ASAP with our response.

When an RA is approved, our shipping department will send delivery instructions and shipping labels to the registered email associated with your account. Returned merchandise must be packed and sealed securely. 

Please note that refund requests may take up to 7 business days from the date we receive the returned package to be processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days.
